Estimated delivery times
Triumplina235.itorders are shipped from Brescia, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday afternoon. Triumplina235.it ships worldwide through primary couriers with express service.
All delivery times, for both standard and express shipments, are indicated in the Shipping Methods of each country.

TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT

ORDER DELIVERY

The release of this document by the Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom’s Office requires 15/20 days. In addition, to obtain the CITES document, it is necessary to show the sales invoice, therefore the customer will be charged BEFORE shipping.
Due to the technical times for obtaining these authorizations, the shipment will not be within the normal delivery time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Grest S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that the bank to which Grest S.r.l. relies is not able to receive a verification from the Customer’s bank. Grest S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
ITEMS AVAILABILITY

Once received the order request, the Orders department of Triumplina235.it reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on Triumplina235.it. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Triumplina235.it Orders office will promptly inform the Customer.
ORDER STATUS
At the time of the order will be notified an email certifying the taking by the courier of his package.
