If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items not worn can be returned for size change, refund or store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Instructions for the return

  1. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected] or call +39 3351014403. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items you want to return and the desired compensation: size change, refund or store credit. If the return is requested due to a defect or damage to the product, the customer must attach irrefutable photos that show the damage.   5. PLEASE NOTE: The articles have been made with carefully selected materials. Any grain or irregularity is characteristic of the leather and therefore should not be considered as imperfections. The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.
    Terms and conditions The tag on the returned articles must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind. Each item must be returned including all the original labels, tags, packages and accessories (Dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received together with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is effectively considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as a single outer packaging.
