If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items not worn can be returned for size change, refund or store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returns in ITALY costs 10,00€.
Instructions for the return
- To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected] or call +39 3351014403. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items you want to return and the desired compensation: size change, refund or store credit. If the return is requested due to a defect or damage to the product, the customer must attach irrefutable photos that show the damage. Upon receipt of the return request, Triumplina235.it will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (S.R.A.N.), the instructions for the completion of the waybill, the courier with which you must make the return and a link to purchase the return on the site of Triumplina235.it.
- The Customer must make payment of the return on the site of Triumplina235.itthrough the link in the return confirmation letter. It must then communicate the payment code always to [email protected] always reporting the code (S.R.A.N.) issued by Triumplina235.it. Triumplina235.it will communicate to the customer the actual acceptance of the return and will agree the times of passage of the courier.
- The return must be made by the courier indicated in the email sent by Triumplina235.it. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the consignment note, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received from the Returns Department Triumplina235.it. (The courier will bring a waybill at the time of collection of the package in which case it is not present in the box or compilabile and printable on the web).
- The customer can choose 3 types of compensation:
- Size change: it is possible to make the change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.
- Refund: refunds will be processed as soon as you have completed the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item. For orders paid by credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 10/15 days, and will still be visible on the next statement of the card. The timing may vary depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
- Store Credit: can be used only once within 12 months from the time of return, can not be combined with other Store Credit and must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
- PLEASE NOTE: The articles have been made with carefully selected materials. Any grain or irregularity is characteristic of the leather and therefore should not be considered as imperfections. The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.
Terms and conditions The tag on the returned articles must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind. Each item must be returned including all the original labels, tags, packages and accessories (Dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received together with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is effectively considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as a single outer packaging.
Returns must be sent inside the box initially supplied by Triumplina235.it (box with which the goods arrived). The box must be sealed with tape and stamped with the special adhesive for returns that is always present inside the box with which the product arrived. The marks must be applied in such a way as to seal the opening points of the package so as to ensure its integrity during transport. In case of theft or loss of the return shipment all costs will be charged to the customer.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Triumplina235.it, you are required to follow the same instructions as above. Triumplina235.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Swimwear and underwear (Bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tested on your own personal underwear. The returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer in the event that the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or in the event that the garments have signs of use.
Triumplina235.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than the one indicated in the email with instructions to return. The acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods.
Triumplina235.itwill not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
