Shipping

When are orders shipped?

Orders triumplina235.it are shipped from Brescia, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already available are sent on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and the bank check for our new customers.

During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

How is the shipment packed?

The packages triumplina235.it are carefully packed, the box is sealed with a vacuum bag, then put in the packaging box of triumplina235 and secured by polystyrene chips and tissue paper. The package is sealed with the tape of triumplina235 and put again in a second bag covering vacuum.

How does tracking of the shipment work?

At the time of the order will be notified an email certifying the taking by the courier of his package.

Shipment delay?

Returns

How many days do I have to request a return?

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items not worn can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

What compensation will be paid in the event of a return?

The customer can choose 3 types of compensation: Size change, Refund or Store Credit

How to ask for a return?

To request permission to return, the Customer must send a request to [email protected] The e-mail must specify the codes of the items that are intended to be returned and the desired compensation: size change, refund or store credit. Upon receipt of the return request, triumplina235.it will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (S.R.A.N.).

How do I return the shipment?

The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by triumplina235.it. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the consignment note, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received from the Returns department triumplina235.it. (The courier will bring a waybill at the time of collection of the package in which case it is not present in the box or compilabile and printable on the web).

Who pays for the return shipment?

All returns are charged to the customer.

How does the Size Change work?

You can only exchange for a different size or color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.

How does the Refund work?

Refunds will be processed as soon as you have completed the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item. For orders paid by credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 10/15 days, and will still be visible on the next statement of the card. The timing may vary depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.

How does the Store Credit work?

The Store Credit can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return, can not be cumulated with other Store Credit and must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.

When I can’t make a return?

The return is not accepted by triumplina235.it in case the points of the section “Terms and Conditions” for the return are not respected. If I do not use the courier indicated by you for the return?

triumplina235.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent with couriers other than that indicated in the email with instructions to return. The acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods.
